The ITS Help Desk  is the single point of contact for IT users at Salem State University.

The ITS Help Desk is made up of a help desk, faculty and staff walk-in support center, and a student technology support center. Our friendly staff is available to assist with you technology questions and concerns. We will answer your questions, or help you to find the resources you need.

ITS Help Desk

The ITS Help Desk serves as the primary contact point for all information technology services. This is the place to start for all of your computer, printer, telephone, and networking questions or issues. Contact the ITS Help Desk by requesting assistance or call 978.542.2036. This service is available to all Salem State students, faculty and staff.

Faculty and Staff - The ITS Help Desk Walk in Support Center

Located at 57 Loring Avenue, faculty and staff can stop in for assistance with wireless or wired network connections, anti-virus software, software issues, general troubleshooting, support and repair on Salem State owned computer systems, and other technology related support.
